Shipping Policy — What to Expect from Waypine

Every item at Waypine is made to order — printed and packed just for you. This helps us reduce waste and keep things personal, but it also means shipping takes a little longer than big-box stores.

🕒 Processing Time

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be printed and fulfilled before shipping out. During high-volume seasons (like holidays), it might take a bit longer — but we’ll keep you in the loop if there’s a delay.

🚚 Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on your location:

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

🌎 Where We Ship

We currently ship within the U.S. and to select international countries. If we don’t ship to your country yet, we’re working on it. Please send us an email if your country is not available so we can make sure we get working on it for you. 

📦 Split Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment centers, your order might arrive in separate packages if you ordered more than one item. Don't worry — everything's on its way.

📬 Lost or Stuck Packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated in over 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, email us at waypineclothing@gmail.com — we’ll help you sort it out.
