Returns & Refunds — The Waypine Way
Each Waypine piece is made just for you, printed on demand and crafted with care. Because of this, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for things like wrong sizes, color changes, or a change of heart — so please double-check your order before checking out.
But if something’s not right — like a misprint, damage, or you received the wrong item — we’ll absolutely make it right.
Here’s how to get a fix:

A photo of the issue
Once we confirm the problem, we’ll replace the item or offer a refund — whichever works best for you.

Returns for buyer’s remorse aren’t available (every piece is custom-made).

We only offer refunds or replacements for misprints, damage, or shipping errors.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
